The plaintiff alleges that the defendants breached a fiduciary duty not to solicit the plaintiff's employees to leave its employ and work for the defendant Automatic Equipment Development Corporation (AED).1 The trial court found that the plaintiff failed to sustain its burden of proof. We agree.
