Ralph Riegelsperger appeals from the denial of his motion to withdraw a plea of guilty. We reverse.

On August 26, 1977, Riegelsperger was charged in a two-count indictment with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a).
