TAMM, Circuit Judge:

In this appeal the Secretary of the Army challenges certain aspects of an award made by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to a Title VII plaintiff. After reviewing that challenge, we conclude that the district court's decision to award plaintiff relief for the period subsequent to her retirement was not erroneous.
