This case involves a disavowal petition filed by Plaintiff-Appellee, Lynn Peter Migues, against the minor, Nerrisa Ann Migues. The facts are undisputed. Mr. Lynn Peter Migues was previously married to Lois Marie Butuad Migues. Of that union, two children were born, namely, Yolande and Chanda.
