CARRON v. JOHNSON

No. 8335.

401 So.2d 1274 (1981)

Linda Marie CARRON, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Johnny JOHNSON, Jr., Defendant-Appellee.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Third Circuit.

Rehearing Denied August 13, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Boagni & Genovese, Kenneth Boagni, Jr., Opelousas, for plaintiff-appellant.

White & Pitre, Joshua J. Pitre, Opelousas, for defendant-appellee.

Before CULPEPPER, FORET and LABORDE, JJ.

LABORDE, Judge.

Plaintiff, Linda Marie Carron, appeals a trial court judgment ordering her to pay her husband, Johnny Johnson, Jr., alimony pendente lite in the amount of $75.00 per month. The only issue on appeal is whether the trial judge should have made the award. We affirm. We find no abuse of discretion by the trial judge in awarding defendant monthly alimony in the amount of $75.00.
