PER CURIAM.

The final judgment is affirmed, but the trial court's order entered on April 30, 1980, on appellant's motion to dismiss the complaint, insofar as it rules that § 742.01, Florida Statutes (1977), is unconstitutional, is reversed. Kendrick v. Everhart, 390 So.2d 53 (Fla. 1980).
