The defendant-appellant in this case appeals from a conviction of the offense of participating in a riot, a violation of the Louisiana Criminal Code as contained in LSA-R.S. 14:329.1 and 14:329.7. Appellant Dudley Patrick Beavers was before this court when he appealed a previous conviction. We reversed the previous conviction and sentence in State v. Beavers, 364 So.2d 1004
