ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.

Philip Person appeals from the judgment of the district court1 dismissing his claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Appellant sought injunctive relief and monetary damages against the J. S. Alberici Construction Company for alleged discrimination on the basis of race. We affirm.
