In this diversity suit applying Oklahoma law, defendant Joe Shelton appeals a summary judgment entered against him because of his default in payments on a retail installment contract for the sale of a mobile home. Plaintiff Westinghouse Credit Corporation became a creditor upon assignment of the contract from Shelton's seller.
