DANAHY, Judge.
Appellant was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, specifically a rifle seized from appellant's automobile. The trial judge denied appellant's motion to suppress the rifle as evidence and appellant pled nolo contendere, reserving his right to review by this court of the denial of his suppression motion.
