Appellee's Motion to Dismiss Appeal is granted. This "Final Judgment" disposes of one of three causes of action all of which are alleged to arise from the same factual episode. Under such circumstances appeal must await disposition of all of the counts of the complaint which are based upon interrelated issues of fact and law. Agriesti v.
