Plaintiff, Harvey Pardee, filed suit against defendants-appellants, Bituminous Insurance Company (properly Bituminous Casualty Corporation), K & M Construction Company, Inc., and Jessie Walker for personal injuries sustained him in a two vehicle accident which occurred on U. S. Highway 71 in Campti, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, on November 21, 1978. The trial court held in favor of Pardee and awarded him $50,000 in general damages and $3,802...
