Joel E. Carroll and Harvey H. Heath were indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County for sale of more than one (1) kilogram of marijuana. Heath was sentenced to fifteen (15) years with the Department of Corrections and assessed a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and Carroll was sentenced to a term of twelve (12) years and assessed a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
