OPINION

ODOM, Judge.

These are appeals from convictions for engaging in organized criminal activity. Appellants were jointly indicted with six other co-defendants. After entering guilty pleas to the court both of these appellants were assessed punishment in accordance with plea bargains. Nichols' punishment was assessed at three years and a $600 fine.
