These two consolidated suits were filed by Ross E. Cox (plaintiff)* against Claude Kirkpatrick, Wayne D. Swenson, Sr. and Southern Colonial Investment, Inc. (defendants).

In the first ["paving"] suit, (Appeal Number 14,254), plaintiff sought recovery of an amount for paving work which plaintiff had performed on properties owned by defendants in the Interstate Shopping Center. Defendants filed a reconventional demand...
