This is a workmen's compensation suit. Plaintiff, Frank D. Randle, Sr., instituted this suit against his employer, Robert Pospisil, d/b/a Pospisil Furniture Store, and Commercial Union Insurance Company, the employer's workmen's compensation insurer. Plaintiff seeks to recover benefits for total and permanent disability. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendants and dismissed the suit.
