This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County.

The parties herein were divorced in Clermont County in 1965. Defendant-appellee, John Albers, was ordered at that time to pay child support for the three minor children of the parties. Appellee failed to make these payments and plaintiff-appellant, Maxine Albers Thompson, was granted lump sum judgments several times during the years intervening...
