This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals which reversed a judgment of the circuit court for Grant county: JAMES P. FIEDLER, Circuit Judge for Iowa county, presiding.

This case presents a question of whether the state introduced evidence which was sufficient as a matter of law to support a conviction for delivery of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) in violation of secs. 161.14(4) (t) and 161.41(1) (b), Stats.,1
