The appellants, J.C. Vereen & Sons filed a declaratory action against the appellee, City of Miami, seeking recission and cancellation of conditional deed of dedication.1 After a nonjury trial, judgment was entered for the City of Miami on a finding that the property had not been abandoned and that the City was vested with complete fee simple title. We affirm.
