Tyrone Pacific International (Tyrone), a shipper, brought suit in federal admiralty jurisdiction against its carrier, Ta Peng Steamship Co. (Ta Peng), the vessel Eurychili, and Ta Peng's local agent, Furness Interocean Corporation (Furness). Ta Peng is now defunct, and a default judgment entered against it is apparently uncollectible.
