FORD v. STATE

621 S.W.2d 701 (1981)

Robert N. FORD, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

October 5, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John W. Settle, Fort Smith, for appellant.

Steve Clark, Atty. Gen. by Alice Ann Burns, Asst. Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.
