This is a consolidated appeal by the State from orders dismissing petitions for delinquency in three juvenile cases. The petitions were filed from 50-52 days following the day the juveniles were taken into custody and released. The trial court dismissed the petitions on the grounds that Section 39.03(2), Florida Statutes (1979), requires the filing of a written report within three days of arrest, and Section 39.05(6), Florida Statutes...
