Charles R. Bernard and Jeffrey Paul Walker were charged in the same bill of information with aggravated criminal damage to property. LSA-R.S. 14:55. The trials were severed.1 Defendant Bernard was convicted and given a suspended sentence of eighteen months in the Avoyelles Parish jail and three years probation.
