The BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF the ORLEANS LEVEE DISTRICT v. ALL TAXPAYERS, PROPERTY OWNERS, AND CITIZENS OF the ORLEANS LEVEE DISTRICT (Including Particularly the Citizens of the Parish of Orleans and Parish of St. Bernard) and Nonresidents Owning Property or Subject to Taxation Therein, and All Other Persons Interested in or Affected In Any Way By the Issuance of Marina Bonds, Series 1980A of the Orleans Levee District.
