Jimmy Ray Smith was convicted of the forcible rape of a twelve year old girl and sentenced to a term of thirty five years in the Mississippi State Department of Corrections. From the verdict and sentence of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Smith appeals, assigning three errors.
