Poindexter, John McKee, and Robert Gerstenkorn,1 arises out of plaintiff's contracting silicosis from working with and around diatomaceous earth during his employment in the earth-regenerating plant at the American Sugar Refinery in Arabi, Louisiana, from 1960 to 1971.
