CLINTON, Justice.

Frederick (Freddie) Tail appeals from a judgment by the county court of Sheridan County, sitting as a juvenile court, which terminated his parental rights to his son, Quentin Bird Head. The parental rights of Martha Bird Head Tail, Quentin's mother, were also terminated by this judgment; she does not appeal.
