Plaintiff, Jean Morris, brought suit against the M/V Creole Belle. He alleges that he was employed by the vessel. He further alleges that while working as a deck hand on that vessel he sustained injuries, primarily to his legs and back, when the outrigger on which he was sitting was dropped fifteen feet.
