This is a tort suit against an employer, Boise Southern Company, for damages resulting from the wrongful death of its employee, Tommie Crenshaw. The plaintiff is Crenshaw's widow, Linda, who sues individually and on behalf of the Crenshaw's minor children. Boise Southern filed a motion for summary judgment urging that pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1032, plaintiff's exclusive remedy is in workmen's compensation.
