OPINION

DUNCAN, Judge.

The defendant, John C. Hall, Jr., was convicted of third degree burglary and received a penitentiary sentence of not less than three (3) years nor more than six (6) years.

In this appeal the defendant contests the sufficiency of the evidence, contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain evidence, and insists that a portion of the district attorney general's closing argument was improper. We find...
