The plaintiff, Vera Roberts, filed this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained when she was thrown from a horse. The defendants are Percy Allemand, owner of the horse, and Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, homeowner's insurer of Winn Plauche, owner of the premises where the accident occurred. From a judgment dismissing her demands against both defendants, the plaintiff appeals.
