OPINION

John and Lillian McKellips appeal from an adverse summary judgment in a suit upon a promissory note. We affirm.

Mr. and Mrs. McKellips filed suit against Sidney L. Gordon and Judith Gordon, individually and as trustees of the Gordon Family Trust.
