This is an interlocutory appeal originating from the Chancery Court of Forrest County, wherein Genetta Cameron Carter sought partition of "118 acres, more or less" and joined as defendants all co-tenants, being the heirs-at-law of one Jennie Ryan, Carter's grandmother.
