This appeal is from the Chancery Court of Warren County wherein Shouphie Habeeb, in his capacity as executor, sought construction of the residuary clause in the will of J. Rigby Perry. Mr. Perry died testate on May 28, 1979, at the age of 103. He had never married and had no children.
