Lamar Gosha, also known as Mark Gosha, was indicted in Coffee County for the robbery of a grocery store in Enterprise. Gosha pled not guilty to the charge and his petition for treatment as a youthful offender, pursuant to § 15-19-1 et seq., Code of Alabama 1975, was denied by the trial court.
