A.C. MILLER, J.

Defendant appeals his conviction of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, claiming error in denial of adjournment, permitting unendorsed witnesses to testify on rebuttal and instructional coercion. Defendant was first brought to trial in September of 1975. His trial resulted in a mistrial. On the day defendant's second trial was scheduled to commence, defendant's newly retained counsel requested an adjournment
