TYSON, Judge.

Willie McDaniel was charged by indictment with the unlawful possession of Methaqualone, a controlled substance, contrary to law. The jury found the appellant "guilty as charged," and the trial court entered judgment which set sentence at two years imprisonment in the penitentiary.
