CLINTON, Judge.

Appeal follows conviction, upon a plea of nolo contendere, for the offense of aggravated assault wherein the trial court assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for ten years. Imposition of the sentence was, however, suspended and appellant placed on probation for a period of ten years.
