The trial court entered an Order that "The Revocable Trust Agreement between William Grady Head and Gertrude Head; his wife as `Trustors' and the Albuquerque National Bank dated June 15, 1977 is declared to be valid and binding upon the parties hereto; however, the purported First Amendment is void and of no force and effect ... ." The Revocable Trust Agreement gave a 40% interest to each of the Heads' natural daughters, Amelia D. Poppe...
