McCLENDON, Judge.

This is a suit brought by the parents of a 16 year old boy who was killed by a bullet fired by a state trooper during a high speed chase. Defendants are the trooper and his employer, Louisiana Department of Public Safety. From an adverse ruling in the trial court, plaintiffs perfected this appeal. We affirm.
