This appeal arises out of a divorce action. On April 26, 1977, appellant-wife filed suit for divorce but later dismissed that lawsuit pursuant to a reconciliation and alleged contract. In December of that same year, appellee-husband filed suit for divorce in the District Court of Bernalillo County.
