This is an appeal by the defendant Charles S. Todd, from a judgment against him in the sum of $15,717.42, entered in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Sweetgrass County. The suit was for negligence by the defendant in the construction of a log home for the plaintiffs (Carroccias).
