Bertram Lance appeals from an order of the district court denying his motion for sanctions in which he alleged that Justice Department attorneys and grand jurors had violated F.R.Crim.P. 6(e) by disclosing information about matters occurring before a federal grand jury. The district court ruled that Lance's initial showing failed to establish a prima facie a violation of Rule 6(e) and dismissed the motion without holding an evidentiary...
