This dispute arises out of nonpayment of benefits alleged to be due under insurance policies issued to the plaintiff by the defendant. The defendant appealed from a jury verdict rendered on March 29, 1976, in Genesee Circuit Court. The Court of Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part. 79 Mich.App. 639; 263 N.W.2d 258
