This market value controversy is before us on defendant's motion for summary judgment.

Patti Domatti, lessor, seeks from Exxon Corporation (Exxon), lessee, royalties which she claims are due under gas leases. The plaintiff contends that she is entitled to be paid royalty on the basis of the market value of the gas, but that she has been underpaid because she has been paid only on the basis of the price received...
