Defendant Jody Blanchard was employed as a salesman by plaintiff, M & D Simon Company, from December, 1976, until March 15, 1977. Plaintiff brought this suit against Blanchard for $722.55 as the value of clothing samples issued to Blanchard for his use as a salesman.
