John Edward Prazak, Jr., and Evaughn K. Prazak, husband and wife, were jointly charged in a one count indictment with unlawfully transporting in interstate commerce a stolen motor vehicle, knowing at the time of the interstate transportation that the vehicle was stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2312 and 2. A motion for separate trial was confessed, and Evaughn Prazak was tried first...
