This case arose out of an intersection collision between Appellee Ruby Schomberg's automobile and a vehicle operated by Appellant Felipe Garza Espinosa. Plaintiff-Appellant Mary Espinosa, a passenger in the car driven by her husband, brought suit against Defendant-Appellee Schomberg, seeking recovery for personal injuries sustained in the accident.
