The question in this case is whether plaintiff Latter & Blum is entitled to a commission of $878.52 on a lease between defendant Robert R. Richmond and Richmond's tenant, J. A. Majors Medical Book Company. The trial court awarded the commission and the Court of Appeal reversed, 378 So.2d 546.
