In Barkau v Ruggirello, 100 Mich.App. 617; 300 N.W.2d 342 (1980), we reversed the trial court's decision to issue a permanent injunction which allowed plaintiffs to sell their mobile home on a leased site in defendants' mobile-home park and restrained defendants from interfering with the quiet enjoyment of the premises by the purchaser.
